✓Job Summary:
✓We are hiring a Reach Forklift Truck Driver to safely operate FLTs, load and unload goods from multilevel racking [up to 3mtr's], and work as part of a small team for efficient vehicle loading/unloading and proper storage of palletised goods into multi-height racking
✓Accurate picking and packing of customer goods and 100% compliance with pre-use checks for all Material Handling Equipment [MHE] are essential.
✓Duties of Role:
✓* Safely operate Reach Forklift Trucks to load and unload goods from multilevel racking.
✓* Work effectively as part of a small team to ensure swift vehicle loading/unloading and proper storage of palletised goods.
✓* Accurately pick and pack customer goods.
✓* Perform pre-use checks on all MHE equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
✓About the Person:
✓* Hold a valid or in-house Reach Forklift Truck license.
✓* Previous experience operating Reach Forklift Trucks in a warehouse or distribution centre.
✓* Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to forklift operations.
✓* Attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing customer goods.
✓* Ability to work well as part of a small team.
✓* Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
✓Shift Pattern:
✓* Days/Lates: 07:00 – 15:00 hrs and 14:30 – 22:30 hrs [Days and backs]
✓Rates of Pay:
✓* £12.50/hour: Based on 37.5 hours.
