Description✓JOB – Reliability Engineer
✓LOCATION – West Sussex
✓TERM- Permanent
✓SALARY – £30,000 - £50,000 per annum [dependent on experience]
✓We are looking for a Reliability Engineer on a permanent basis in the West Sussex area with experience in the Manufacturing Sector
✓Your main duties will include assisting the Design, Manufacturing and Engineering teams to help improve reliability across deign, manufacturing processes and other areas.
✓The Reliability Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
✓Qualified in a relevant Engineering / Manufacturing Degree with time served as an Engineer
✓Previous experience in a reliability, product assurance or similar position.
✓Experience of SPC [Statistical process control] or similar statistics / data analytics tools.
✓Have the ability to communicate with other members of various teams.
✓Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
✓Knowledge of cycle time analysis / planning, process route mapping or value stream mapping.
✓Exposure to Electroncics manufacturing
✓– very advantageous but not essential.The Reliability Engineer role will involve:
✓Perform statistical and data analysis on new Designs and Processes.
✓Perform field analysis and identify weaknesses in design.
✓Report on component failure and perform failure analysis.
