Screen Printer
Description✓Due to expansion there is an opportunity for an experienced Screen Printer to join a leading organisation in the Barry area
✓The focus will be on ensuring that all screen print production orders are produced in-line with high quality standards.
✓This role is Monday - Frdiay 8.30am 4.30pm
✓Main Duties and Responsibilities:
✓* Printing all screen print production orders to a priority plan ensuring that all SLA's are met
✓* Accountable for the quality and accuracy of quantity printed on all production runs
✓* Ensuring the highest quality is maintained on every printed article in terms of print clarity,
✓colour accuracy, conformance to specifications and identifying any defects
✓* Create screen patterns based upon the customers specification
✓* Preparing and reclaiming the screens before and after each print job
✓* Setting up of the printing press for proper registration and optimum speed including the loading
✓of screens and pouring of inks
✓* Mix and colour match inks inline with the customers specification
✓Competencies, Experience and Key skills required:
✓* Previous screen print experience is essential
✓* Ability to lead and advise on all areas of screen printing
✓* Experience in creating screen patterns and preparing and reclaiming screens
✓* Ability to manually operate large technical machinery
✓* Experience in mixing and preparing Inks for printing
