✓Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Assistant to join our clients’ team based on the outskirts of Telford.
✓Our client is looking for somebody who has worked as a manual tradesman, looking to branch out into an office environment
✓If you are a skilled Plasterer, renderer or builder looking for a new role; then we would like to hear from you!
✓Duties include but not limited to:
✓Making up samples for potential and current customers.
✓Answering enquiries about products via Telephone and Email, delivering efficient customer service.
✓Offering advice and expertise on materials.
✓Working alongside the Technical Assistant and offering support.
✓Ideal Candidate:
✓Skilled trades background [Plasterer, renderer, or builder experience]
✓Previous working experience within a builder’s merchant [Preferred]
✓Excellent communication skills
✓Team Player

✓Salary: £28,000 per annum Dependant on experience.
