✓We are seeking a skilled and motivated Telemarketer to join our sales team in Preston, Lancashire
✓As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and expanding our customer base through proactive outbound calls
✓You will be responsible for promoting our extensive range of workwear and PPE products to potential customers worldwide

✓Responsibilities:
✓* Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our workwear and PPE products.
✓* Engage in effective sales conversations to highlight the features and benefits of our products and organise product sample packages to be sent to prospects.
✓* Identify customer needs, answer queries, and provide product information.
✓* Maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings and industry trends.
✓* Utilize CRM systems to document and track sales activities and customer interactions.
✓* Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster long-term business partnerships.
✓* Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
✓* Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and share market feedback.
✓* Stay up to date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry developments.
✓Requirements:
✓* Proven experience as a Telemarketer or similar sales role, preferably in the workwear or PPE industry.
✓* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive telephone manner.
✓* Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
✓* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing sales.
✓* Ability to quickly learn and articulate product details and benefits.
✓* Familiarity with CRM software and experience in maintaining accurate sales records.
✓* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
✓* Proficiency in using computer applications and MS Office suite.
✓* Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
