Temporary Production Manager
Description✓Berry Recruitment are currently looking for a Temporary Production Manager to work for a busy Manufacturing client based in King's Lynn
✓The purpose of this role will be reporting to the Operations Manager
✓The role will have responsibility to organise, analyse and continually improve performance of your own area
✓The Production Manager is responsible for maximising employee's performance ensuring that they are highly skilled and flexible with the ability to contribute effectively to safety, quality, delivery, cost, working climate and environmental targets.
✓Production Managers will be part of Operations local management team and are supposed to be able to act as deputy Operations Manager whenever needed
✓Accountabilities will include various duties within Operations, Leading and Management and Health and Safety
✓The length of this role will be for anytime between 0-12 months
✓Salary is negotiable and will depend on skill set and experience
✓Working hours are Monday to Friday 8-4.30pm
