✓Duration: Temporary to Permanent / Permanent
✓Working Hours: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm [shifts rotate weekly]
✓Pay rate: £10.45 p/h + 12.5% shift allowance
✓Stafflex is looking for a Textile Healder / Knotter on behalf of our client, a leading luxury textile manufacturer
✓As a Healder / Knotter, your purpose will be to prepare looms for weaving and ensuring that work is done to the highest standard while achieving daily targets

✓Your main duties as a Healder / Knotter will be:
✓Operating various machinery, such as:
✓Automatic Drawing-In Machine
✓Knotting Machine
✓Re-Beaming Machine
✓Maintaining safety and cleanliness of the machinery and your workplace
✓Completing daily and weekly preventative maintenance programme
✓Completing any required documentation and logging in faults and repairs
✓Liaising with your line manager throughoutPersonal Competencies required:

✓Great work ethic, ability to monitor and reflect on your performance
