✓Reduce and improve departmental training times
✓Structure and Improve department training rotation
✓Improve the overall time to delivery of departmental training
✓Duties may include:
✓Generate and maintain regular performance and progression statistics / key metrics
✓Support regulatory inspections with regard to matters related to training
✓Onboard new starters by providing PPE, creating IT accounts/access and production area tours.
✓Provide training to new starters to achieve required competencies before they are continuing further training within the production environment.
✓Regular monthly assessment and reporting of GMP compliance within the departments and shifts against set standards.
✓Complete, assess and periodically review Essential training for onboarding of new starters.
✓Develop and deliver Classroom training and Toolbox talks/Single point lessons in relation to Safety, Quality or production training.
✓Ensure training records are maintained and managed in line with Quality guidance.
✓Create Bi-Weekly reports for the four departments across each shift to direct training requirements and cascade through structured meetings.
✓Ensure periodic Mandatory training and OH assessments are completed in a timely manner across Fractionation to remain within compliance.
✓Co-ordinate training requirements identified between Production and the Training Department.
✓Working with team leaders and departmental trainers to report into Manufacturing Shift Managers on each shift
✓Skills and experience:
✓Hands on training experience
✓Pharmaceutical and manufacturing experience
✓Good understanding of Health and Safety
✓Good knowledge of cGMP
✓Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office
