✓We are recruiting for a Transport Coodinator/Administrator to work at our client's site based in Paisley

✓What to expect as a Transport Coordinator/Administrator:
✓A Monday to Friday shift pattern, 10AM - 7PM
✓Provide a point of contact for transport issues arising
✓Carrying out duties of stock control - ensuring returned stock is allocated to the correct department
✓Completion of spreadsheets/data entry to be forwarded to the management team
✓Taking completed/signed documents from drivers and updating/uploading to driver file
✓Issuing briefs/compliance documents to drivers
✓Accurately recording data and entering into a computerised systemWhat we're looking for:
✓Previous experience from working in a transport office based environment
✓Past experiences as a transport/distribution administrator
✓Excellent communication skills
✓A proficient level of skill in Microsoft Word and Excel
✓Basic understanding of driver compliance
✓Excellent attention to detail
✓A solid work history
