✓They are looking to recruit a Social Media Manager to join their dynamic and fast-paced Marketing & Comms team on a fixed term contract for 12 months initially, with the possibility of a permanent contract.
✓About the role:
✓The Social Media Manager will be responsible for implementing the social media strategy and the day-to-day management of the corporate B2B social media programme that should engage and build relationships with our target audience while also telling the story.
✓The role holder will have the exciting opportunity to take responsibility for developing, guiding, and monitoring presence across our social media platforms [predominantly LinkedIn as our main channel and Twitter as our secondary channel].
✓You will work as part of the wider marketing team and with other departments across the company to develop content that is relevant and engaging, while also ensuring that all messaging is on-brand and compliant with corporate standards.
✓You will leverage organic and paid social media plus educate and enable executives and our wider business to drive best-in-class social media practices, create awareness of the brand and solutions, generate leads and protect and further the brand reputation within the UK.

✓Day to Day you will:
✓Execute our social media strategy that aligns with corporate goals
✓Design and implement campaigns that contribute to the success of marketing goals
✓Create content that is of high quality, relevant, engaging, and on-brand
✓Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms
✓Measure the impact of social media campaigns and make necessary adjustments in line with agreed KPIs
✓Collaborate with other departments and manage multiple stakeholders to develop content that is relevant to our target audience
✓Provide guidance and Social Media training to colleagues across the business [includes, but not limited to, executive members, sales teams etc.]
✓Developing monthly and campaign specific reporting to share with marketing, management and executive teams.
✓Staying up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies – making recommendations to the business where appropriate
✓Experience and Skills you will have:
✓A generous amount of experience in B2B social media marketing
✓Confident communicator at all levels
✓Strong writing and editing skills
✓Familiarity with major social media platforms [Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, youtube etc.]
✓Experience in using social media management platforms [ideally Sprinklr]
✓Ability to use workflow management systems [ideally Workfront or Rally]
