Account Director
Description✓Time Appointments are currently recruiting for an Account Director to join a Marketing Agency based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds.
✓As an Account Director you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients while overseeing the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing multiple accounts.
✓* Work alongside Account Managers and Account Executives, plus collaborating with various internal teams, including creative, digital and content.
✓* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all things marketing.
✓* Understand clients needs and objectives to effectively guide the development or marketing strategies and campaigns.
✓* Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, including campaign planning, budgeting and timeline management.
✓* Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded by coordinating internal team and external vendors.
✓* Collaborate with clients and internal team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client’s business objectives.
✓* Manage account budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness
✓Track project expenses, review financial reports and provide accurate forecasts.
✓* Stay updated on marketing trends, emerging technologies and best practices in marketing.
✓Previous Skills & Experience:
✓* Proven experience working as a Senior Account Manager, Account Director or similar/relevant role.
✓* Knowledge of digital marketing and social media systems and tools.
✓* Excellent communicator who is able to work at all levels both written and verbal.
✓* Experience in using project management tools.
✓* Capable of juggling multiple projects at a time whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail.
✓* Driving license and car to travel to clients.
