Account Executive
Description✓A challenging yet exciting opportunity has become available for an Account Executive to join a brilliant and innovative marketing solutions organisation
✓The main purpose of your role will be to provide hands-on support to the Account Directors and build strong relationships with the company’s local and National client base.
✓Based in Norwich, this is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and is offering a competitive salary.

✓The day to day
✓* Building and maintaining strong working relationships with your client base, working closely with points of contact to ensure a high standard of service and the client’s needs are met.
✓* Working closely with Account Directors in the review of services, as well as the continuous improvement of processes.
✓* Producing reports and using them to present client growth strategies, and optimising performance.
✓You will have/be
✓* Previous experience as an Account Executive, or related client-facing role.
✓* Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate and present ideas effectively, as well as maintain excellent relationships with clients.
✓* Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
✓* Knowledge of industry trends, and the ability to communicate these in order to ensure services are up to date.
✓* Previous use of CRM software.
