Account Executive
Description✓Role Purpose
✓A key member of the team, supporting Account Managers and Directors in the delivery and development of exceptional services to ensure client and Group objectives are met
✓You will be developing commercial expertise and wider project management skills which will support career progression.

✓Demonstrates a logical and organised approach to completing tasks with strong attention to detail
✓Takes responsibility for managing own time and prioritising work effectively ensuring deadlines are met.
✓Understands and manages client and team expectations.

✓Completes timesheets in a timely fashion helping the team to understand client profitability, resourcing and capacity.

✓Secure in building rapport, listening and forming relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
✓Able to assess client requirements and concerns.
✓Able to identify key messages and seeks clarification when unsure.

✓Technical Knowledge & Skills
✓Familiar and competent with general office IT systems, research tools, social media platforms and consultation databases.
✓Confident in drafting internal, client and public-facing materials using strong copywriting and proofing skills.
✓Intuitive with the initiative to undertake research activities and keep up-to-date with current affairs as required.
✓Excellent literacy and writing skills with a good level of numeracy and the ability to understand basic financial data.
✓Professional Development & Collaboration
✓Works as an effective team member to achieve results; including supporting other teams and the wider group with tasks and initiatives.
