We are recruiting an Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to join a scale up business that specialises in digital engagement of B2B customers - specifically aimed at computer hardware awareness and engagement.
You will be Account managing 5-7 enterprise size accounts with the view to retain and grow both the revenue and stakeholder engagement
If you are a new business hunter you do have the opportunity to help win new accounts also, however this would only make up a small percentage of your weekly role.
Your key responsibilities as an Account Manager will be:
* Formulate a strategy to increase adoption of our services within existing accounts
* Develop a wider client stakeholder network across different verticals within each client
* Attend events / shows alongside your clients to identify additional value opportunities
* Build a presence within your clients’ business [digitally and physically] as a trusted advisor
* Meet with clients' at their head office typically 1-2 days a week..
most clients are in RG postcode and London
* Handle daily client requests including project managing existing digital campaigns
* Build sector awareness to bring innovation to your clients’ attention
Essential Prerequisites for the Account Manager position
* UK driving Licence
* Experience managing enterprise size clients [non-transactional]
* Experience retaining and growing revenue from existing accounts
* A passion for technology including emerging technology products and services
* A background in training or marketing would be beneficial though not essential
* Project management experience is also desirable
