✓We are recruiting an Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to join a scale up business that specialises in digital engagement of B2B customers - specifically aimed at computer hardware awareness and engagement.
✓You will be Account managing 5-7 enterprise size accounts with the view to retain and grow both the revenue and stakeholder engagement
✓If you are a new business hunter you do have the opportunity to help win new accounts also, however this would only make up a small percentage of your weekly role.
✓Your key responsibilities as an Account Manager will be:
✓* Formulate a strategy to increase adoption of our services within existing accounts
✓* Develop a wider client stakeholder network across different verticals within each client
✓* Attend events / shows alongside your clients to identify additional value opportunities
✓* Build a presence within your clients’ business [digitally and physically] as a trusted advisor
✓* Meet with clients' at their head office typically 1-2 days a week..
✓most clients are in RG postcode and London
✓* Handle daily client requests including project managing existing digital campaigns
✓* Build sector awareness to bring innovation to your clients’ attention
✓Essential Prerequisites for the Account Manager position
✓* UK driving Licence
✓* Experience managing enterprise size clients [non-transactional]
✓* Experience retaining and growing revenue from existing accounts
✓* A passion for technology including emerging technology products and services
✓* A background in training or marketing would be beneficial though not essential
