The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to work with enterprise clients and develop a growth-centric strategy
As part of the sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for managing key accounts across various regions, including North America and the Middle East
You will also be tasked with sourcing and converting new leads to expand the business portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships, assess campaign performance, and stay updated on industry trends.

Collaborate with the marketing team to drive leads, analyze results, and create content.

Smoothly onboard and transition clients for campaign execution.

Build strong client relationships, and deliver personalized results.

Create proposals, understand budgets, and benchmark CPAs for clients/events.

Sell, upsell digital marketing services, and understand client needs.

Upsell products/services to new/existing customers.

Understand digital marketing benefits, and provide exceptional experiences.

Address client feedback on campaigns, and team performance.

Utilize CRM systems for client management, and lead conversion.

Demonstrate commercial awareness, promote products, and identify growth opportunities.

Deliver workshops to foster innovation, and strengthen relationships.

Analyze data, benchmark performance, and provide insights.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in account management or sales
Preferably experience of working with big accounts, or better yet international.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.

Experience working on sales targets and upselling to clients.

Strong presentation skills.

Ability to navigate large multinational corporate clients.

Salary up to £40,000 DOE
