✓They require a professional with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, capable of immediately contributing to the company's growth
✓The key responsibilities of this role include:
✓Developing a comprehensive understanding of the rapidly evolving markets in which the company operates.
✓Cultivating valuable relationships with prospective clients, ensuring impactful outcomes.
✓Nurturing long-term partnerships with key industry players.
✓Crafting compelling proposals and slide decks to formalise new business ventures
✓Role and Responsibilities: As the selected candidate, your responsibilities will encompass the following:
✓Proactively responding to client emails and leads forwarded by the team.
✓Identifying and engaging potential clients.
✓Leading sales development calls and expertly guiding clients through the customer journey until contract signing.
✓Coordinating and composing proposals for presentation to prospective clients.
✓Enhancing the CRM system to optimise sales pipeline management.
✓Collaborating closely with the senior management team to drive the sales strategy forward.
✓Providing regular progress reports on sales development to the senior management team.
✓Coordinating with the Finance Director to manage revenue and invoicing.
✓Working closely with the Marketing Team to maximise customer acquisition
✓Profile/Experience: To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
✓A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field [or equivalent experience].
✓A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in a Business Development Executive role.
✓Demonstrated expertise in CRM management and the ability to generate long-lasting relationships and sales through the development of commercial opportunities.
✓A proven track record in business development, showcasing initiative and the ability to drive impactful outcomes.
✓Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and the cultivation of enduring client relationships.
✓A strong team player with self-motivation and self-direction.
✓Flexibility and enthusiasm to adapt to the evolving needs of a rapidly growing business
