✓Job Title: Communications Executive
✓Pay: £146-£191 Per day
✓We are currently looking for a Communications Executive to join our team in working for change-based and occasionally corporate communications
✓The ideal candidate should possess excellent writing skills and knowledge of dealing with change communications internally.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓Write stories and information for internal teams
✓Adapt stories and source them for sharing internally
✓Assist Communication Managers with day-to-day running and build rapport with stakeholders
✓Create communication plans and strategies for small projects
✓Utilize digital channels, particularly Sharepoint, for engagement
✓Support change comms Managers
✓Participate in tactical element to strategic comms plans
✓Proactive in finding new stories
✓Load Sharepoint content and new stories on intranet systems
✓Help with events and logistics
✓Change leads into news stories
✓Be adaptable and able to work across different stakeholders
✓Participate in employee comms, particularly internal commsTechnical Requirements:
✓Strong writing skills
✓Experience in dealing with change communications internally
✓Knowledge of digital channels, particularly SharepointPerson Specification: Essential:
✓Ability to manage and prioritise workloads
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✓Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environmentDesirable:
✓Rail or transport sector communications experience
✓Previous experience in internal or external comms backgroundQualifications: Experience within areas outlined will also be considered should the essential qualification not be met
✓We will provide training for the successful candidate.
