✓This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well established and fast growing agency in Wigan to lead and drive their CRM activity
✓You will oversee a team of 3 to manage the planning and implementation of CRM activity for all major brands.
✓KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

✓Manage and oversee the planning and implementation of CRM activity
✓Manage and develop a team of 3 [2x Execs, 1x Senior Exec]Work
✓With other divisions across the company to ensure campaigns are joined up and work for everyone
✓Develop quality, personalised and engaging CRM campaigns
✓Plan the email schedule Analyse data to ensure CRM activity is maximised and improved with every campaign
✓Drive compelling brand campaigns to drive member engagement
✓Develop testing and optimisation to ensure continuous improvements are made Ensure KPI's are monitored Work with the design team to ensure CRM creative is engaging Report on performance of campaigns
✓Ensure activity is up to date with best practice EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
✓
✓Previous experience in a CRM role is essential
✓Experience managing a team
✓Strong written and verbal communications
✓Strong analytical mind and experience using analytics tools to maximise CRM activity
✓Experience using Bloomreach would be useful but not essential
✓Able to work with stakeholders across the business at all levels
✓Data driven
✓Highly organised
✓Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
✓Knowledge of digital marketing
✓Strong content writing
✓Strong commercial acumen SALARY:
✓Up to £45,000
