This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well established and fast growing agency in Wigan to lead and drive their CRM activity
You will oversee a team of 3 to manage the planning and implementation of CRM activity for all major brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and oversee the planning and implementation of CRM activity
Manage and develop a team of 3 [2x Execs, 1x Senior Exec]Work
With other divisions across the company to ensure campaigns are joined up and work for everyone
Develop quality, personalised and engaging CRM campaigns
Plan the email schedule Analyse data to ensure CRM activity is maximised and improved with every campaign
Drive compelling brand campaigns to drive member engagement
Develop testing and optimisation to ensure continuous improvements are made Ensure KPI's are monitored Work with the design team to ensure CRM creative is engaging Report on performance of campaigns
Ensure activity is up to date with best practice EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Previous experience in a CRM role is essential
Experience managing a team
Strong written and verbal communications
Strong analytical mind and experience using analytics tools to maximise CRM activity
Experience using Bloomreach would be useful but not essential
Able to work with stakeholders across the business at all levels
Data driven
Highly organised
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Knowledge of digital marketing
Strong content writing
Strong commercial acumen SALARY:
Up to £45,000
