✓The Job
✓You will join talented team of 35 which aims to double in size whilst raising series A funding
✓As an Email Marketing Specialist, you would report to the Festival Director, managing the data on the CRM System [Hubspot] whilst building, developing and executing marketing automation and lead generation campaigns.
✓You’ll also be in charge of the daily management and maintenance of the Festival content and event management system.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓· Plan and execute email marketing campaigns [set-up, scheduling, deployment]
✓· Experience in one-time, recurring and triggered email campaigns
✓· Analysis of the performance of email marketing campaigns and be able to provide actionable insights and recommendations
✓· Establish automation workflows through Hubspot
✓· Content Management
✓· Work alongside marketing and sales teams to ensure continuous improvement of campaigns
✓· Manage optimisation of Hubspot – integration, workflow developments, templates and troubleshooting
✓· Training and support to the wider team for using Hubspot
✓The team operate a hybrid working model between their office in Bond Street central London and remote working.
✓Candidate Requirements
✓· 2-3 years’ experience in a CRM role using Hubspot
✓· Technically proficiency and ability to process feedback and explain technical elements
✓· QA testing of email campaigns
✓· Strong analytical skills and experience in data organisation and segmentation
✓· Understanding of a customer journey
✓· Knowledge of GDPR
✓· Teamwork ethic with a hands-on, practical approach
