In 2023 there are exciting plans to scale up to 15 stages and over 30,000 attendees.
The Job
You will join talented team of 35 which aims to double in size whilst raising series A funding
As an Email Marketing Specialist, you would report to the Festival Director, managing the data on the CRM System [Hubspot] whilst building, developing and executing marketing automation and lead generation campaigns.
You’ll also be in charge of the daily management and maintenance of the Festival content and event management system.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and execute email marketing campaigns [set-up, scheduling, deployment]
· Experience in one-time, recurring and triggered email campaigns
· Analysis of the performance of email marketing campaigns and be able to provide actionable insights and recommendations
· Establish automation workflows through Hubspot
· Content Management
· Work alongside marketing and sales teams to ensure continuous improvement of campaigns
· Manage optimisation of Hubspot – integration, workflow developments, templates and troubleshooting
· Training and support to the wider team for using Hubspot
The team operate a hybrid working model between their office in Bond Street central London and remote working.
Candidate Requirements
· 2-3 years’ experience in a CRM role using Hubspot
· Technically proficiency and ability to process feedback and explain technical elements
· QA testing of email campaigns
· Strong analytical skills and experience in data organisation and segmentation
· Understanding of a customer journey
· Knowledge of GDPR
· Teamwork ethic with a hands-on, practical approach
· Self-starter and solutions orientated
