Customer Engagement Marketing Manager, Amazon Shipping

We are looking for a smart, data-driven Customer Engagement Manager who is able to fully own the Pardot campaign implementation of the automated lifecycle as we build towards a self-service end-to-end customer journey, across Onboarding, Retention and Growth.
The ideal candidate have excellent content skills, able to grasp the brand voice to build HTML templates, joining the dots between customer/business needs, segmentation and campaign infrastructure within Pardot initially, while expanding into a multi-channel approach as we grow.
Key responsibilities:
* Owner of external-facing lifecycle content with a high written communication bar, building Pardot HTML email templates.
* Creating email workflows, managing and optimizing segmentation for both inclusions and exclusions.
* Working with BI and tech teams to refine segmentation.
* Listening to business requirements and customer feedback to build and refine nurture.
* Developing the customer lifecycle across existing and new channels [e.g WhatsApp, account banners].
* Developing WW campaign playbooks for multi-country rollout.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
* Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
* Experience with Excel or Tableau [data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables]
* Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
* Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
* Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
* Experience in marketing or marketing research
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
* Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM [Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.] for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
