My client are looking for a talented Digital Manager to join their award-winning Marketing Team, to drive the growth of their digital acquisition channels.
There’s lots to do … Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be teamed alongside CRO, content and data specialists, with the aim of driving forward their digital strategy
This is a well-rounded digital role, and whilst you might be technically minded and may have some experience of code or web development, your main responsibility will be digital performance, and the use of their website and digital estate to drive leads.
You will play an integral role in the success of their digital marketing strategy and be part of the story in driving high quality leads across the network of businesses, comfortable working with GA [UA] and GA4, as well as SEM Rush and Ahrefs
And..
you’ll be a true digital geek, staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
You will: • Develop lead generation journeys across their website and/or app
• Work with their development agency to maintain and improve the website
• Support channel managers with how traffic interacts and converts through the website • Lead the charge on any new developments or tools to help their customers and drive lead generation, ensuring good customer outcomes.
Full training will be provided to ensure you can quickly get up to speed, but to be successful in this role you need to demonstrate:
• Experience managing user journeys across multiple digital channels
• Digital expertise, and how you stay up to date with the latest trends
• A willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Good communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to manage an independent workload
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment, working to tight deadlines
• Financial Services experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Umbraco CMS would be advantageous but not essential
You will have: • Proven experience in driving performance in a digital environment
• Experience of managing a CMS
• Ability to manage a third party agency
• Strong numeracy skills, a proficient user of Microsoft Excel
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console and other SEO reporting platforms, e.g
Ahrefs, SEM Rush etc
