Digital Marketing Executive
Description✓The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for information across digital platforms that provide information to key business partners & customers
✓They will ensure a high standard of quality for product information as well as digital assets ensuring compliance with business and industry standards.
✓The Digital Marketing Executive will be involved in developing content, boosting SEO efforts, and maintaining functionalities developed for online customers across all websites
✓They will support the wider marketing team in delivering campaign strategies covering email and social media.
✓The Digital Marketing Executive will support the Digital Team in continual improvement projects that cover web platforms and digital solutions.
✓Main Duties
✓Maintain information on the Product Portal including product data and digital assets achieving industry quality standards.
✓Monitor data flow from the Product Portal onto web platforms be it internal support sites or external brand websites ensuring accessibility to key information.
✓Create and maintain web content considering SEO, user journeys and web merchandising to provide the best online customer experience.
✓Support in the delivery of digital sections of marketing campaigns such as creation of web pages and content for campaign emails.
✓Execute on-site content and functionality edits for internal customers including marketing, customer experience and product teams.
✓Maintain relationships with external digital agencies that support with platform development, web strategy and marketing campaigns.
✓Establish information KPIs with Marketing and Customer Support teams and report on these metrics.
✓Liaise with key stakeholders to promote digital cohesion through platforms and solutions.
✓Skills and Knowledge
✓Proven experience on content management systems for websites
✓Familiarity and understanding of data management systems
✓Familiarity with solutions used for online marketing campaigns
✓Ability to manage content delivery, project timelines and communicate updates
✓Excellent and demonstrable skills in MS Office especially Excel
✓Relevant degree and/or demonstrated work experience of a similar role
✓Self-driven with the ability to set and track own goals
✓Flexible and adaptable to change
