✓This exciting and varied role within the National Events Team, plays an integral part in delivering RNLI events and campaigns that build strong relationships with a variety of audiences.
✓This role provides the vital support to a team of Event Managers and Event Business Partners as well as acting as our initial point of contact for event participants, supporters, and other key stakeholders.
✓Your responsibilities will include providing admin support and fulfilment for specific events, managing internal processes [purchase orders, hire cars, travel booking, event equipment management, guest and RSVP management] as well as being responsible for managing the RNLI’s online registration / ticketing platform for events.
✓The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
✓A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, whilst experience with SharePoint, InDesign, Microsoft AX, Dynamics 365 or Care NG would be desirable.
✓Whilst this role is predominately office based, some of the responsibilities will involve some physical activity, and there is also a requirement to travel to events on a limited basis as part of this role.
