This exciting and varied role within the National Events Team, plays an integral part in delivering RNLI events and campaigns that build strong relationships with a variety of audiences.
This role provides the vital support to a team of Event Managers and Event Business Partners as well as acting as our initial point of contact for event participants, supporters, and other key stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include providing admin support and fulfilment for specific events, managing internal processes [purchase orders, hire cars, travel booking, event equipment management, guest and RSVP management] as well as being responsible for managing the RNLI’s online registration / ticketing platform for events.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, whilst experience with SharePoint, InDesign, Microsoft AX, Dynamics 365 or Care NG would be desirable.
Whilst this role is predominately office based, some of the responsibilities will involve some physical activity, and there is also a requirement to travel to events on a limited basis as part of this role.
