✓A highly tactical marketing role focusing on engaging with our target audience to support sales is the priority.
✓The Role
✓We're looking for a Head of Marketing to join us and leverage our operations in EMEA and APAC.
✓You'll be working closely with our business development teams developing robust lead generation programmes and supporting new business initiatives

✓With a strong connection to our global marketing team, you'll monitor market dynamics, competitor analysis, prospect activity and new talent trends
✓All of this will provide invaluable support to the content marketing strategy on a global scale
✓Your results-orientated mindset will allow you to deal with, and utilise, multi-channel marketing programmes, monitor performance, and oversee a range of campaigns and social media activity.
✓You're someone who sees a problem and strives to fix it
✓Whether that's piloting new ideas, driving-the team dynamic or simply optimising our lead generation programmes
✓We're looking for a hands-on operator
✓Someone whose input-focussed work ethic drives productive output
✓You'll organise, manage, and oversee a range of events in the UK, develop the makeup of the team and act as a resourceful leader and role model
✓This'll not only ensure a tightknit team but allow you to effortlessly oversee budgets in each region and ultimately lead to your success in the role.
✓Who we're looking for
✓With considerable experience in a services B2B role you'll be comfortable and confident developing go-to market messaging and positions for a wide range of solutions.
✓You will have experience in:
✓* Leadership in B2B marketing management, including budgetary responsibility
✓* Developing go-to market messaging and positioning for services/solutions
✓* Developing and executing successful marketing and sales enablement strategies
✓* Email marketing, webinars, content generation, SEO, paid digital advertising, and social media.
✓* Conducting competitive analysis and industry mapping
✓* Managing cross-functional teams
✓While it goes without saying that you'll have solid experience using marketing software, we lean towards; Salesforce, Pardot and WordPress for our content publication and oversight, so a good knowledge of this software is preferred.
