Loyalty and Customer Engagement Manager
Description✓Due to growth my client, a specialist in the Loyalty and Rewards program development arena, currently seek a Loyalty and Customer Engagement Manager to join their London office
✓Reporting directly to the head of client engagement you will be responsible for the marketing strategies of the UK business - duties will include:
✓* Develop, deliver and monitor compelling awareness and lead generation campaigns for the customer engagement and loyalty team
✓* Be responsible for the implementation of the marketing plans and content to successfully launch new programmes and services
✓* Work closely with the sales director to maximise conversion
✓* Revise and take ownership of all marketing collateral relevant to the customer engagement and loyalty team
✓* Help reactivate lapsed clients
✓* Build an in-depth knowledge of the loyalty market
✓* Develop an excellent understanding of the target audiences and promotional channels
✓* Meet new clients and potential future clients in person where/when relevant
✓Applicants must possess previous Loyalty / Reward program experience along with a proven background in digital marketing and campaign management
✓Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are a pre-requisite along with a good understanding of client and customer engagement and analysis of consumer buying patterns to direct loyalty and rewards activity.
