Marketing Administrator
Description✓We are looking for an enthusiastic admin professional with a keen eye for detail to help us capture, clean and update crucial business data from numerous sources to help the marketing and commercial function.
✓The ideal applicant will be a true go-getter with good experience using Microsoft Excel, relying on functions, macros, and pivots to help sort, cleanse, and augment data.
✓What to expect day to day:
✓* Online research to help identify the right places and people to submit Freedom of Information [FOI] requests to
✓* Creating Freedom of Information request templates
✓* Submitting Freedom of Information requests to public sector bodies and organisations to capture key data
✓* Online research to help validate or source additional data points
✓* Cleaning up the returned data and importing into our marketing tool, HubSpot
✓* Cleaning and augmenting existing business data already in HubSpot and NetSuite
✓* Utilising the time in between FOI requests to help support the Marketing Operations team in improving, optimising and configuring HubSpot
✓* Utilising the time in between FOI requests to help the wider Marketing team with any additional data needs
✓Essential Skills:
✓* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
✓* Experience in data capture and data management
✓* Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
✓* Exposure to HubSpot is advantageous but not essential
