✓We are delighted to be working with a fantastic client who specialises in Travel as an Inbound Tour Operator/DMC with offices in London, Dublin, Florida, Monaco and Edinburgh
✓They are looking for a Marketing / Communications Co-ordinator to support the Company’s day to day internal and external communications
✓The role would involve liaising with the directors and senior managers throughout the group and working with the Sales and Marketing Team and the external Marketing Company.

✓Highly Organised and able to multi -task
✓Attention to Detail and problem-solving skills
✓Understanding of marketing techniques
✓Working with our Marketing Agency [based in Argentina] – An Ability to speak Spanish
✓An understanding of the Travel and Events Industry
✓Knowledge of MS Office – Excel & PowerPoint or similar
✓Main Responsibilities of the Role
✓Liaison between the Directors / Senior Managers and the external Marketing Agency
✓Book, Co-ordinate and organise Trade Shows/ sales missions including stand design and display, literature, and travel arrangements.
✓Communication with our Marketing partner, suggest opportunities and assess work delivered by the partner.
✓Check the internal and external image of the company and ensure that all mediums relay the correct message.
✓Manage internal communications within the Group including intercompany correspondence, policies and compliance.
✓Schedule in house and external meetings
✓Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing and communication progress and plans
✓Overview of the external communications of the group and how we improve these and look at new mediums.
✓Scheduling & organizing internal meetings
✓General office tasks
✓The ideal candidate would come from a travel / events or marketing background
✓A Spanish speaker would be beneficial for working with our Marketing Agency in South America. We are leading Leisure & Business Travel Experts
