Marketing & Design Assistant
Description✓The Role of Marketing and Design Assistant: This is a unique opportunity with our client to support the Marketing and Communications team in a fast-paced environment, where you will be exposed to the company's top-level business & strategic decisions
✓The job role will be varied and involve providing administrative support to the Marketing Team along with a variety of different marketing tasks
✓Duties will include managing digital marketing, posting on social media platforms, and handling marketing campaigns as well as creating video content and editing marketing materials
✓You will be immersed in on-the-job learning within PR and Communications, with other training opportunities to enhance your skillset provided
✓The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, creative and eager to learn, have a passion for all things marketing, and able to multi-task to complete jobs to strict deadlines.
✓Responsibilities for the Marketing and Design Assistant role include:
✓Delivering regular email marketing campaigns.
✓Website content management - keeping the content on the website relevant and up to date.
✓Social media management - content planning, posting of content across all social media platforms, analytics.
✓Video and podcast content direction editing & filming.

✓Set up and implementing paid social media marketing campaigns To be considered for the role of Marketing and Design Assistant you must have:
✓Good knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Premiere Pro.
✓Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Outlook.
✓Energy and Passion!
✓Excellent attention to detail and written skills.
✓Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
✓Problem-solving and creative-thinking skills.
✓Proven time management and prioritisation abilities.
✓Previous experience in marketing support is desired but not essential

✓They are now looking for a Marketing and Design Assistant to head up content creation, website management and construct digital marketing campaigns to help support with business objectives
