Marketing Assistant/Specialist

They are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate skills in devising and implementing successful online marketing strategies, conducting tests and launching new marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal teams, evaluating outcomes, and optimising for maximum impact.
As a Marketing Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
Designing and implementing marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
Collaborating with more than 10 internal teams to create captivating experiences for major events such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
Managing project execution, testing ideas, creating campaigns, analysing data, and solving problems to deliver desired results.
Utilising data to understand customer behaviour and using insights to inform new projects.
Providing comprehensive performance reporting and analysis on projects and taking necessary actions based on the insights gained.
Partnering and coordinating with other teams to launch tests and campaigns.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Proficiency in the English language.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively.
Experience with quantitative analysis.
Photoshop skills.Preferred Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in product/project management, consulting marketing, or e-commerce.
Quick learning ability for various software and tools.
Familiarity with SQL.
Experience in regional or multi-country settings.
Knowledge of German, Spanish, Italian, or French is a plus
Irrelevant of start date, this contract will end at the end of 2023
