✓The Marketing Assistant position involves:
✓Monitor the activity of competitors and research the market
✓Track the progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
✓Attend as well as organise relevant conferences and events
✓Take full ownership of areas such data integrity, social media posting or having your own campaign or event to manage
✓Work with the Marketing Manager and Director in supporting the delivery of the marketing plan
✓Create content, publications or blog posts
✓Manage ad hoc administrative duties in the department such as direct mailings, custom requests for data and log ins, website updates, newsletters collation
✓Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars and exhibitions
✓Demonstrating strong writing skills for content
✓Undertake additional ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as required
✓Be responsible for the creation and adaptation of written and creative content for specific social media, news stories and blogs
✓Take charge of proofing or reviewing the industry for trends and inspiration
✓The ideal Marketing Assistant will:
✓Have an excellent eye and attention to detail
✓Establish and maintain effective day to day relationships and communication
✓Want to be part of a fast-paced, proactive and growing team
