Marketing Communications Coordinator
Description✓We're working with a leading interior design brand in Essex currently seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join their international marketing team based in Harlow
✓This is a premium global brand within their specialist industry, and they have a fantastic ethos of creativity and innovation.
✓As Marcomms Coordinator you will support our Head of Marketing in delivering the global marketing plan to raise their brand profile and increase customer engagement
✓A busy and varied role, they are hoping to find for someone who is prepared to take the initiative and is not afraid to get stuck in
✓In return this role will offer a fantastic steppingstone for someone looking to progress a career in marketing communications.
✓It's essential that all applicants must be confident copywriters and happy for this to be a core part of their role, as this will likely be tested as a part of the interview process
✓Other key areas of experience would be digital in the form of social [posting/creative/analytics], web [content writing/content management systems] content and email marketing
✓If experience in these areas is limited that is not an issue, provided candidates have the desire and aptitude for it to also form a considerable part of their role
✓On top of this given the nature of their industry an eye for design and creative will also be key.
✓Experience aside you would need to be confident at communicating at all levels as they have a flat structure, and whilst they are of course happy to train and guide somebody they really need somebody able to run with things once up to speed
✓This would be a fast paced role and anybody seeking a position where they will not be given responsibility quickly will not be suitable.
