Marketing Communications Officer
Description✓OUR CLIENT is a prominent social housing organization in Liverpool, managing and maintaining 6,000+ homes.
✓The ROLE: to communicate key messages and stories/articles to a range of audiences and stakeholders and also undertake occasional campaigns and other marketing activities
✓Key responsibilities:
✓- Write and edit engaging content for a range of platforms including social media channels, newsletters, the Annual Report, strategy documents and other marketing collateral
✓- Website management, collecting engaging content as the key point of contact for colleagues and stakeholders.
✓- Other external and internal copywriting and PR, liaising with the PR agency and other suppliers, as required.
✓- Provide planning support for and [if required] attend tenant events, roadshows, staff conferences and launch events.
✓· Coordinate and manage tenant outreach campaigns via email and social media, using the CRM system.
✓· Work with the inhouse graphic designer and suppliers to produce marketing collateral, including video content.
✓· Occasionally make onsite visits for photograpy and news-gathering.
✓The IDEAL CANDIDATE will be a gifted and flexible content marketer with a minimum two years’ post- grad’ marketing experience, perhaps [but not necessarily] within the social housing, not-for-profit or local authority sector
✓In addition to strong written skills, it is important to have prior knowledge of marketing campaigns and the organisational ability to manage your own time and complete tasks
✓A positive 'cando’ outlook and a collaborative personality are essential, as befits working in a small team working to deadlines.
✓The position can be part WFH and will initially be an interim/contract role but could then become permanent
✓The organisation is open to either full-time or P/T [perhaps 3 or 4 days per week].
