DescriptionOffice Angels are currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator for our client based in Ascot
Role: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Ascot
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000pa
The Role involves:
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional to work within a dynamic team and develop a pioneering business model whilst acquiring experience in the well-established and inspiring franchise industry
Support with the creation of marketing and development tools
Develop and manage the annual internal and external marketing plans
Manage and deliver cycle campaigns to support the marketing plan including implementation videos, brief of designs, copy writing, implementation documents, and digital calendar ensuring promotions are commercially viable and support business KPIs
Creation and development of new, existing and bespoke toolkit items
Assist with the execution of recruitment activities to accelerate the expansion of the Franchise network within the UK and Ireland
Evaluate, analyse and review marketing campaigns, advertising and tools in relation to the business ensuring the correct mediums are being used and the campaigns are effective
Work closely with the international team to ensure the UK and Irish marketing tools, initiatives and salon image are in-line with the global Franchise network
Work closely with the network to ensure local marketing plans align with the global brand positioning
Provide PR support for openings
Generate content to be utilised in digital recruitment campaigns
Work with the Franchise team to ensure the website's franchise tab, and recruitment portal profiles are operating at optimum capacity/impact
Manage the process of creating and maintaining franchise mini websites, social media platforms and Google-My Business profile and integration with the CRM software
Upload cycle content to social profiles and websites
Provide the network with creative social content to enhance audience engagement
The ideal candidate:
An eye for design and high attention to detail
Understanding of business KPI's
Experience of producing cohesive campaigns and communications for a diverse audience is desirable
Skilled in creative copy-writing would be beneficial
Understanding of paid social and social content strategy building
Demonstrate a good understanding of CRM strategy and creating dynamic e-communications
Work to tight deadlines
Highly organised
Work in a fast-moving environment and be able to work flexibly as priorities change
