✓My client is a well-known online household brand name and are currently recruiting for a Marketing/CRM Assistant
✓The role is a Hybrid role which will require the candidate to work on site 2 days a week
✓Working normal office hours
✓The role will be a 3-month contracting position with the potential to extend.
✓The Marketing/CRM Assistant will support the CRM team in delivering all Brand Partnerships CRM activity, looking after the clients CRM campaigns supporting various luxury fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands.
✓Role Responsibility
✓End-to-end production and coordination of commercial Email and App Push campaigns.
✓Email: Produce creative email briefs, manage the brief through Trade, Editorial and Design then lastly CRM developers to build emails, see-through testing, and deployment.
✓App Push: Brief in copy to Editorial, set up, test and schedule App Push campaigns.
✓Liaison with Brand Partnerships for information from the brand, and CRM Analytics team to brief custom audiences, is required for both channels' communications.
✓Create innovative, engaging content that is on-brand: retrieving assets and copy direction, storytelling.
✓Ensure attention to detail and email deadlines are adhered to, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
✓This role will be balanced to also support on the Clients own brand Email campaigns, assisting the CRM Coordinator.The Ideal Candidate
✓You are:
✓Educated to degree level preferable
✓Creative, highly organised and process driven You have:
✓Previous experience in a similar role, with a keen interest in CRM and Marketing
✓Strong key stakeholder, communication, and project management skills
✓Great attention to detail
✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload.
✓Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, advantageous to have experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud ESP and workflow platforms e.g., Trello.If you have not received a response to your application within 48 hours, please assume you have not been shortlisted this time.
