Marketing Executive [Part Time Hours] [Hybrid]

✓Marketing Executive [part-time 18.5 hours per week] Remote working flexibility with between 1-4 days a month in the office in North Wales.
✓Working with our existing team helping to drive B2B and B2C sales using various targeted digital marketing tools.
✓You’ll be working on channel strategy, with a focus on data analysis, running paid ads on social and Google, and helping to plan and create engaging content across IG, Tik Tok, FB, LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, Pinterest
✓From channel strategy to content trends, UGC, influencers and best practice, the role is all encompassing as the business and requirements grow.
✓The Role:-
✓You’ll drive targeted revenue growth, customer acquisition and brand awareness through profitable marketing campaigns.
✓You’ll have experience of managing channels and ad campaigns and have a great understanding of metrics, analytics and growing engagement.
✓You will be emotionally intelligent with excellent communication and marketing skills
✓You will be committed to obtaining and using data to make strategic and budgetary decisions.
✓You will be responsible for establishing a remarketing programme that grows customer value.
✓You will advise on budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive a clear return on investment across revenue, customer acquisition and brand awareness.
✓You’ll be personable, reliable, tenacious, ambitious, energetic, creative and analytical; an experienced digital all-rounder and motivational team member who is used to strategizing and communicating creative solutions with clarity
✓The role will require previous hands-on experience of running paid social media and Google ads and content support when needed.

✓Ideal experience :
✓* Have 2years+ previous experience of paid digital marketing, ideally focusing on campaigns which drive revenue, customer acquisition and brand awareness.
✓* Solid working knowledge of digital marketing across multiple channels
✓* Data driven and a confident user of Google Analytics
✓* Previous experience of working in a marketing role
✓* Resourceful and comfortable with budget limits and your ability to gain maximum ROI
✓* Specific technical expertise and experience in PPC, Paid marketing channels, Social Media
✓* Knowledge of emerging trends and adoption of channels
✓* Confidence, and to be comfortable working with senior leaders to advise and guide them on digital growth
✓* Commercially astute – this is a key commercial role where you will need to be able to model, communicate, and realise growth models
✓* An ability to ‘think on your feet’ and work at pace to drive campaign performance
✓* To demonstrate you’re pro-active, resourceful and committed to solve problems and identify communication and/or engagement solutions
