Marketing Manager

DescriptionMy client is a leading telecoms company who are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team
The Marketing Manager will be expected to develop and drive new marketing campaigns, product launches and initiatives to help support the sales team
Communication both internally and externally is key to the role.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
To maintain and develop brand awareness of the business and all its associated product partners
Negotiate and agree partner marketing spend and activity to maximise exposure and ensure maximum return on investment
Provide reports to support the effectiveness of all activity.
Maintain and develop all communication channels including email campaigns and social media.
Manage the company's web sites to ensure the dynamic presentation and easy access to the entire product portfolio as it continues to expand.
Coordinate and create any information required for press releases, product launches and case studies from a range of sources both internal and external.
Work closely with the sales team to develop bespoke marketing collateral to help target key customers with new products, offers and incentives.
Help to develop, implement, and maintain a new CRM system which is due to launch later in 2022.
Create a structured result driven marketing campaign to help facilitate growth of our own product brands in new geographical markets [US and Europe].
Management of marketing assistants and ensuring an effective workload.
Contract management for all Marketing related activities to ensure that we maintain healthy returns on investments.
Effective communication with other members of the management team to ensure that company goals are met.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
A qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing [CIM] is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role.
Experience in Product or Category Management is a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe suite [or equivalent] design software is preferred
While there is currently a Graphic Designer on the team, the role requires the ability to plan designs and develop visual media.
Proven experience in planning, managing, and reporting on email campaigns and social media activities, particularly on LinkedIn.
Strong copywriting skills are essential.
Exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
