✓Key Responsibilities:

✓Oversee branding, creation of brochures, websites, CGIs, and launch plans for new developments
✓Database Communication: Manage monthly newsletters to database/agents, quarterly construction updates, and EDM campaigns.
✓Website Management: Oversee the management and updating of company websites and microsites, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and SEO-optimized
✓Develop and implement brand strategies targeting both the UK and international markets
✓Oversee PR initiatives to increase brand visibility and reputation
✓Identify and capitalize on new lead generation opportunities both within the UK and overseas
✓Experience in managing CRM platforms like Salesforce and Hubspot to optimize customer engagement and lead management processes
✓Coordinate with the Digital Director to implement and manage Google Ads and social marketing initiatives
✓Develop and execute strategies for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with the aim of expanding our global reach and targeting the right demographic
✓Ensure positive brand exposure in different regions through news/articles, and other PR activities
✓Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of SEO strategies to increase website traffic and brand awareness
