Marketing Manager
Description✓Scout Recruiting is excited to be working with a client to recruit for a Marketing Manager
✓In this role you will work with all areas of the business and external partners to promote and communicate the unique offer to customers through various channels
✓You will align marketing strategies to achieve wider business objectives.
✓Reporting into the Directors and line managing the content and communications coordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of marketing across both sides of the business.
✓The role is based in the Stamford office but may require some travel to London as and when the business requires.
✓This is a full time permanent Marketing role
✓Salary is competitive and dependant on experience

✓You will be an effective team player with strong attention to detail and demonstrable experience and analytical skills.
✓Responsibilities include:
✓* Planning effective and creative marketing plans and campaigns, from establishing the marketing strategy, briefing stakeholders and partners, execution, budgeting, measurement, optimisation and reporting on time and to budget.
✓* Working with the content and communications coordinator to build core content that articulates product value in a compelling and differentiated way with consistency across all channels.
✓* Defining KPI’s for your department and reporting on progress.
✓* Accountable for the continuous effectiveness of your campaigns and working with agencies to deliver on agreed KPI’s, report back to the business and use this data to inform decision-making and refine strategies as needed.
✓* Ensuring that campaign metrics are delivered back to the business in well-structured regular reports that provide actionable insight and future direction.
✓* Managing relationships with paid marketing assets and agencies, offering regular feedback and communication to ensure we extract as much value as possible from the relationships.
✓* Ensuring that all partners, agencies and stakeholders are aware of strategies and are all working towards the same end goals.
✓* Maintain an awareness and understanding of relevant legislations for the different marketing channels, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure assets and communications are always compliant.
✓* Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the company stays ahead of the competition
✓Responsible for coaching and developing the content and communications coordinator, creating clear guidelines, goals, checkpoints, and objectives to improve productivity while also providing support and motivation.
✓Key Skills:
✓* Previous and demonstrable marketing experience
✓* Experience managing a team with varying levels of experience.
✓* Comfortable operating within a fast paced and high pressure environment
✓* Adaptable to change.
✓* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
✓* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and ability to condense ecomplex ideas into clear insights and plans.
✓* Excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation skills
✓* An experienced marketer who can quickly connect commercial objectives with marketing strategies to execute campaigns effectively.
✓* Creative and collaborative mindset, with ability to quickly generate and adapt ideas to serve both product/sales and marketing goals.
