THE ROLE
Our client is looking for an experienced Office Manager / Executive Assistant where your main priority will be to support the overall running of the business
You will be required to assist the team to operate in a truly efficient and effective manner by keeping the day-to-day tasks running smoothly with minimal supervision. 
Working closely with senior management, you will be fully responsible for all general office management tasks
This person will be a highly organised, self-sufficient, and an experienced individual who is able to transfer these skills into a business that is far from your standard office workplace.
Core responsibilities will include
Taking ownership of ad-hoc projects to support MD and the wider team

Looking after various contracts such as custom requirements, invoicing, confidential documentation

Assisting with the onboard of a new accountancy firm and software

Planning, preparing and pre-empt efficient & effective diary and travel management for the Managing director/senior creative team

Managing demands on Managing Directors time by prioritising incoming correspondence, directing calls, taking messages, and prioritising the information flow

Keeping up to speed, on status of contracts, schedules and upper management to be able to manage business demands effectively

Expense Management and travel planning for meetings held across the globe

Providing general support to staff across the Newcastle and at times Bristol site
THE PERSON
This is not your standard office management-based role as the business is built on creative mindsets, flowing ideas and team work to bring brands and concepts to life
With this in mind a charismatic, dynamic and positive personality is essential to fit in with the ethos.
The successful candidate MUST have
Previous office management and EA/PA experience essential

Office Management background and a track record of looking after various sized teams

Strong management skills

Strong IT skills

Excellent written & oral communication skills

Experience of working respectfully throughout all levels across the business

Discretion and used to working confidentiality on sensitive projects

Be willing to travel, UK and occasionally overseas
