✓2-year Relevant experience within Marketing or POS
✓Organised with good attention to detail
✓Strong Analytical Skills
✓Ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally
✓Able to work well under pressure
✓Knowledge of software packages and functions, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
✓Strong presentation skills & creative flair
✓Driving Licence
✓Desirable:
✓Experience within the toys and games industry
✓Degree in Business/Marketing
✓Product Management experience
✓What will your role as a Product Manager look like?
✓The role will be dual focussed
✓ POS Management: Responsible for the creation, management, and delivery of all retail POS across all formats.
✓ Product Management: To product manage a diverse range of toys and games portfolio and launch plans across the marketing mix.

✓Development of retail point of sale [POS]
✓Working closely with the wider marketing and sales team you will own the POS process from concept to execution and work closely with a 3rd party print agency
✓Product Management
✓Development of product presentations for the sales team and retail buyers
✓Overseeing control of product imagery for packaging, catalogue and online
✓Develop detailed product copy for retail catalogues and online web pages
✓Assist with setting up and maintenance of company showroom
✓Present products to the sales team and monthly meetings
✓Development of web banners, retail catalogues, consumer, and trade adverts
✓Working alongside PR agency in generating PR support plans
✓Undertake regular market research & competitor analysis
✓Work alongside the UK sales team, Hong Kong, and internal design studios
✓To support the Marketing Director with ad hoc requests
