Product Owner
Description✓We have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Owner to join a very successful, growing company with exciting plans for expansion and great opportunities for career development
✓Alongside a competitive salary of up to £28,000 the company are offering outstanding holiday allowance of 28 days PLUS Bank Holidays, parking, pension and hybrid working [3 days in the office and 2 days working from home]
✓Working hours are 9-5, Monday to Friday.
✓You will be responsible for assisting with building the product roadmap, vision and strategy for all product launches within the category
✓Duties will include:
✓Support the life cycle of products from ideation and technical development through to launch and continuous improvement
✓Undertake market research and competitor analysis and understand customer needs to inform product development
✓Help to define specifications, features, user benefits and design concepts of chosen products
✓Create supporting documents and materials prior to launch, including demo / promo videos, photography, banners and content
✓Work closely with Project Managers and suppliers in the Far East to communicate requirements, evaluate samples and prototypes and establish costs
✓Work closely with the Sales Team and Directors to understand pricing and channel strategy and negotiate pricing with suppliers to reach best target price
✓Work with the Sales Team to define the launch plan for new product ranges in different territories / channels
✓Liaise with creative agencies, translators and printers to create packaging, managing schedules to meet deadlines for product launch
✓We are looking for a bright, driven individual with a passion for technology and some experience with packaged retail products
