Description✓PROPERTY MARKETING MANAGER
✓Join one of the top commercial property specialists in the UK to create and deliver the property marketing strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving footfall to these commercial properties You will be responsible for ensuring the strategies are communicated and delivered on time and to budget.
✓KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
✓Work the marketing team to create and deliver the property marketing strategy
✓You will aim to increase brand awareness and drive footfall to these properties
✓Track, monitor and report on the effectiveness of these strategies
✓Work with the agencies to produce and deliver digital, social and PR campaigns
✓Monitor and evaluate the performance of the strategy, making recommendations on how to improve in the future
✓Research, brief and appoint creative agencies
✓Work on some events throughout the calendar
✓Responsible for brand consistent and logistics management
✓EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
✓Previous experience in project focused marketing/communications role is essential
✓Experience in the property sector would be useful
✓Highly organised
✓Strong written and verbal communications skills
✓Strong understanding of marketing and digital channels
✓Knowledge of social media and PR channels
✓Experience and awareness of the agency landscape
✓SALARY:
✓Up to £42,500
