Senior Fundraising Manager

DescriptionSue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our well-known clients within the charity sector, who are seeking a Senior Fundraising Manager to cover a 12-month maternity cover
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, highly organised individual with a great track record of achieving targets and creating a positive working environment
This position is a 30 – 37.5 hour vacancy, Monday to Friday, with some out of hours may be required.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
* Managing the fundraising team
* Overseeing and directing project work
* Budgeting and forecasting income for fundraising
* Prioritising tasks based on importance
* Maximising donations
* Developing campaigns
* Working closely with the Marketing team
* Delivering monthly reports to the fundraising team
* Providing fundraising support at charity events
* Maintaining detailed records of fundraising activities
* Supporting the team in generating income for the charity

This role would best suit someone who is compassionate and someone who understands the importance of fundraising in the local community.
