✓* Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage with our target audience
✓* Manage and optimise outbound marketing campaigns, both internally and in collaboration with key external partners, to generate leads and drive business growth
✓* Collaborate with external partners on project management initiatives, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery of marketing projects
✓* Maintain and update our company website, ensuring it remains visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimised for lead generation
✓* Demonstrate exceptional copywriting skills across various marketing channels, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials
✓* Support the SEO plans by implementing best practices, conducting keyword research, optimising website content, and monitoring performance metrics
✓* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and make strategic recommendations
✓What you’ll have
✓* Significant previous experience working within marketing
✓* Experience in property is not essential
✓* Possess a bold, creative mindset and exhibits a proactive approach
