Description✓Social Media Associate - Paid Social - £25K-£35K
✓This is an all-rounder role with the main focus being increasing overall social media engagement through influencer marketing, affiliate and paid social channels
✓This is a great role where you will have the opportunity to really enhance your skillset and pick up new skills
✓This role mainly utilises TikTok, Facebook and Instagram although they are looking to expand to using other social channels.
✓This role sits within a small marketing team where you will be given a lot of responsibility with the chance to show your capabilities working alongside other teams.
✓Role responsibilities:
✓Improve and optimise social media output
✓Assist with shaping marketing strategies for social, affiliate and influencer channels
✓Identify optimisation and growth opportunities
✓Expand social marketing strategy across all channels
✓Assist with content creation
✓Run A/B testing
✓Weekly reportingRequired skills:
✓1-2 years' experience - digital marketing/social media
✓Content creation
✓Experience working across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDesirable:
✓Google Sheets
✓Pinterest / YouTube
✓Creating video contentLocation: Hybrid working - 3 days per week in the office based in North London
✓Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + benefits!
