Main Duties 
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic, customer-focused marketer with a passion for drinks and a proven record of creating and delivering successful trade marketing campaigns with strong ROI. 
Working closely with the category managers and sales teams, you will be responsible for devising and delivering the trade marketing plans that grow sales and increase market share. 
You will be a key member of the Marketing and Communications Team, helping us to drive profitability and brand awareness, and keep our fingers on the pulse of the latest drinks trends and innovations. 
Knowledge and Experience:
•    Previous experience in a B2B or trade marketing role, ideally within wholesale or FMCG.
•    Highly numerate with commercial acumen.
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•    Experience delivering projects across a variety of channels, e.g., ATL, on-premise, digital, events etc.
•    Focused on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
•    Ability to think strategically and work independently. 
•    Good analytical and market research skills.
Core Duties:
•    Work closely with Sales, Category Managers and Purchasing to develop and execute trade marketing strategies and promotional programs with key on-trade customers.
•    Support key accounts with assets and activations that drive brand awareness and ROS.
•    Work closely with the Marketing & Events Co-ordinator to ensure our brands are well represented at all B2B and B2C events.
•    Work alongside the Marketing & Events Co-ordinator to ensure POS is updated and constantly evolving.
•    Work closely with Purchasing, Commercial and Design to manage and plan all brochure offers.
•    Work with the PR & Communications Manager to ensure all trade marketing plans are well communicated internally and externally.
•    Work with wholesale and export managers to ensure brands are well represented and marketed across all routes to market.
•    Implement and deliver effective trade CRM campaigns, building on existing database of contacts.
•    Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats and adjust marketing strategies as needed.
•    Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
•    Managing budgets and tracking ROI of trade marketing initiatives.
•    Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on trade marketing activities and results
