Accounts Payable Assistant
Description✓Accounts Payable 6 Months FTC Watford
✓Your new company
✓We are working with a world wide media company who create world class content and work from sports and media to news and entertainment
✓Your new role
✓Based in our Watford office, the Accounts Payable Team of 5 perform accounts payable duties across all the UK entities
✓* Set up new suppliers on Sage and liaise with commercial and legal department on T&C's
✓* Enter invoices onto Sage Line 300
✓* Send out invoices for approval and chase unapproved
✓* Prepare weekly payments [wire, BACS] using Bankline
✓* Monthly Credit card analysis to ensure all data is captured accurately, in a timely manner and in the correct reporting entity
✓* Prepare journals
✓What you'll need to succeed
✓* Excel knowledge is required
✓* Possess strong attention to detail
✓* Building finance and non-finance relationships
✓* Ability to use own initiative
✓* Previous experience working in a finance department

✓Contracted hours will state 9am - 6pm but there if flexibility to work 8am - 5pm
✓Annual leave 22 days per annum plus of 8 days bank holiday [pro rata in line with hire date]
