The Role
We have a new opportunity within the Digital Marketing team for an Affiliate Manager who will manage and deliver on our affiliate strategy for the Netherlands
This role will be responsible for ensuring all campaigns are managed to the highest standard, both in areas of performance and compliance, while continuously seeking ways to grow an efficient affiliate channel in The Netherlands.
The role will involve managing the strategy across our affiliate partners in The Netherlands, with a primary focus on delivering growth and efficiency

The role will require an individual who is proactive with a proven track record of effectively scaling an affiliate channel

Key Responsibilities
* Acquisition, retention and activation of new Dutch Affiliates and partnerships.
* Lead the negotiation of commercial agreements with affiliates
* Industry research, seeking out prospective new affiliate partners
* Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across compliance and legal to ensure we’re aligned with any regulatory or T&Cs developments
* Attend affiliate conferences representing the LiveScore Group
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships through regular contact with partners.
* Responsible for the channel’s delivery against agreed acquisition volumes and ROI targets in the Netherlands
* Assisting with the setup, monitoring and optimisation of all agreements, as well as analysing ROI benchmarks
* Communicating the progress of growth and efficiency KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis
* Suggesting improvements to existing campaigns and deals to help grow acquisition volumes whilst maintaining an efficient CPA
* Work with the creative teams to design and deliver creative assets to optimise affiliate marketing opportunities
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Excellent understanding of the principles of affiliate marketing, including experience with CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid and Tenancy payment models
* Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint.
* Ability to understand and interpret data to make informed decisions and drive results.
* Regularly demonstrate a proactive attitude with strong organisational skills
* Excellent working knowledge of Income Access or a similar affiliate management platform
* Excellent understanding of KPI Monitoring tools and reports
* Previous experience in an affiliate management role
* Proven attention to detail and high standards
* Dutch speaking or affiliate experience in the Dutch Market
