✓负责签约艺人的定位、包装、培训和推广，规划艺人的职业发展方向

✓负责艺人的影视、音乐、节目、平面拍摄、舞台演出、商务代言等工作项目的接洽和签约，安排日程，发布通告，并陪同艺人现场工作

✓策划并执行艺人的宣传推广与形象打造，与媒体沟通协调
4
✓开拓并维护与品牌、媒体等相关方的合作渠道
5
✓关注文化娱乐市场动态和政策，有计划地调整签约艺人的发展方向，发掘有潜力的新星

✓统筹协调商务、宣传、财务、法务等各部门，进行艺人管理

✓• Identify and recruit potential talent through proven research methods.
✓• Serve as the main liaison between artists and the talent agency, fostering strong and collaborative partnerships.
✓• Develop and implement strategic plans to advance artists' careers, focusing on securing performance opportunities, tours, and collaborations.
✓• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and emerging artists to identify new opportunities for representation.
✓• Provide guidance and support to artists in areas such as branding, image development, and career decision-making.
✓• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and PR, to develop comprehensive artist promotion strategies.
✓• Attend industry events, conferences, and showcases to network and actively seek new business opportunities.

✓• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
