BID Manager
Description✓Verdict Media Strategies, GlobalData's award-winning marketing solution, is seeking an experienced BID Manager to join our team
✓The BID Manager will be responsible for creating and managing proposal documents for large-scale accounts, often from RFP's.
✓The successful candidate will have exceptional writing skills, be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
✓This role will work closely with the sales team to ensure that proposals are submitted on time and accurately reflect the needs of the client.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓- Create high-quality, compelling proposals in response to RFPs and other client requests
✓- Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and develop appropriate proposal content
✓- Manage the proposal process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams to gather information and develop content
✓- Ensure that proposals are submitted on time and in accordance with client requirements
✓- Continuously improve proposal processes and templates to increase efficiency and quality
✓- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Verdict Media Strategies’ products and services
✓Requirements:
✓- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
✓- 3+ years of experience in proposal writing or a related field
✓- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
✓- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
✓- Ability to work under tight deadlines
✓- Knowledge of marketing and sales processes
✓- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all aspects of work
✓- Strong powerpoint and excel skills
✓- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✓- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
